April 01, 2016

The California Child Welfare Council is inviting survivors of sexual exploitation to join the ranks of its Commercially Sexually Exploited Children (CSEC) Action Team, specifically as members of its advisory board.

The 10-person advisory board will provide input to the larger action team as well as other stakeholders regarding policy serving exploited and at-risk youth. Topics will include identification of and services for sexually trafficked youth, prevention and intervention strategies, training curriculum for professionals working with this population and more.
